Who qualifies
A platform needs at least 10 portfolios with imported transaction data. Below that, a single portfolio would move the median too much.
Why the band matters
The band behind each median is the middle half of portfolios. A wide band means investors on that platform had very different outcomes; a narrow one means most earned about the same.
Returns are historical and say nothing about future results. A high median with few portfolios behind it is a weaker signal than a lower one with many.
