Finforta

FinForta is a lending platform that opened to investors in 2025, built on the crypto-backed loan business the same owner had run since 2023. Investors fund short-term projects: fixed and variable-rate earn products, short-term loans to e-commerce merchants and listed crypto yield strategies. On the borrowing side clients pledge Bitcoin or Ether as collateral, and a loan is liquidated once the loan-to-value ratio reaches 90 percent. The investor contracts with Finance & Assets s.r.o. in Prague, while client deposits are held in the name of FinForta S.L.U. in Barcelona. There is no secondary market and no buyback obligation: the lending services agreement states plainly that the client may lose all assets deposited. FinForta supplies the technology behind the forestry platform FF Forest, and the same person owns both FinForta companies and is the registered beneficial owner of SIA FF Forest in Riga.
