Who this guide is for

Two starting points, one destination. Both come down to getting a transaction export into our hands.

For investors

You invest on a platform we don't support yet

You'd love to track that platform in your P2P Dash portfolio. Grab a transaction export from your account and send it over — that's all we need to get started.

For platforms

You run a platform and want to be listed

Being on P2P Dash means your investors can track their returns alongside every other platform they use. Send us a representative export and a few details about your platform.

Does your platform fit our model?

P2P Dash is built for interest-bearing lending, not for price-based investing. We treat every platform as a black box: money goes in, it earns interest, capital comes back, money goes out. Before anything else, check that your platform works this way.

This is a good fit

  • You deposit cash, it's lent out, and you earn interest
  • Loans repay principal over time or in one lump sum
  • Returns come from interest, bonuses or cashback — not from a fluctuating market price
  • Real-estate, business, consumer or bridge lending, crowdlending, litigation funding

This is not a fit (yet)

  • Your position has a market price that goes up and down (stocks, ETFs, crypto trading)
  • Returns come mainly from selling an asset at a higher price, not from interest
  • There is no concept of a deposit, interest and repayment

Not sure which side you're on? Send the export anyway — we'll take a look and tell you honestly whether it fits.

The transaction types we understand

Our importer maps every row of your export into one of a handful of standardized types. Your export doesn't have to use these exact words — we translate your platform's labels into these. It just helps to know what we're looking for.

Deposit

Money you move into the platform from outside.

Bank transfer into your account

Withdrawal

Money you move out of the platform back to your bank.

Payout to your bank account

Interest

The interest income you earn on your loans.

Monthly interest payment on a loan

Principal repayment

Return of the capital you originally invested.

Loan repays part of the borrowed amount

Bonus

Cashback, referral, welcome or campaign rewards.

1% cashback on a new investment

Fee

Any fee the platform charges you.

Secondary-market sale fee

Default loss

Capital lost when a loan defaults and can't be recovered.

A loan is written off

Don't have all of these? No problem. Send the most complete export you can. Anything our importer doesn't recognize is flagged as an unknown transaction, and we add support for those types afterwards. You don't need a perfect, all-inclusive file to get started.

What kind of export we need

Almost every platform lets you download your transaction or account statement. That's the file we work from.

CSV or Excel

A transaction statement as a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file. Not a PDF and not a screenshot — we need the raw rows.

One row per transaction

Each line should be a single transaction with at least a date, an amount and a type or description.

English is ideal, any language works

An English export is easiest, but German, Spanish, French, or anything else is fine — we regularly handle multi-language exports.

As complete as possible

Ideally the export covers every transaction type that exists on the platform. If that's not possible, just send the most comprehensive file you can.

How it works

From your email to a live platform, here's what happens.

1

You send us the export

Email a sample transaction export to tim@newnow.de, together with a few details about the platform.

2

We review the format

We look at the columns, the transaction types and how amounts and dates are structured, and check that it fits our model.

3

We build the importer

We write a normalization strategy that maps your platform's format onto our standardized transaction types.

4

The platform goes live

The platform appears in P2P Dash and anyone who invests there can import their data and track their returns.

What to put in the email

The more you include up front, the faster we can get the platform added. Send everything to tim@newnow.de.

  • A sample export — A CSV or Excel transaction export — ideally covering all transaction types, otherwise as comprehensive as possible.
  • Platform name and website — So we can look it up and add the correct branding and links.
  • Country and regulation — Where the platform is based and how it's regulated or licensed. This is useful context and helps investors trust the listing.
  • Anything unusual — If you already know the export has quirks — mixed currencies, odd repayment rows — a quick note helps.
Email tim@newnow.de

We read every email personally and usually reply within a few days.

A note on tricky exports

Most exports are straightforward. Some carry challenges, and we'd rather be upfront about them.

  • Repayments where interest and principal are lumped into a single amount, without a breakdown
  • Bullet loans that pay interest periodically and return all principal in one final payment
  • Secondary-market sales that only show a total value, not the split between capital and profit

In these cases a perfectly clean split isn't always possible, and we reconstruct it as accurately as the data allows. Don't let this stop you — send the export and we'll tell you what's achievable.

Frequently asked questions

Everything else you might be wondering about.

Does it cost anything to add a platform?

No. Adding a platform is free, whether you're an investor requesting it or a platform that wants to be listed.

Will you support platform X?

If it's an interest-bearing lending platform with a transaction export, very likely yes. Send us a sample export and we'll confirm whether it fits and add it.

My export is only in my local language — is that a problem?

Not at all. We regularly build importers for German, Spanish, French and other non-English exports. English is simply the easiest to start with.

Why don't you support price-based investments like stocks?

P2P Dash is purpose-built for interest-bearing lending, where you deposit money, earn interest and get your capital repaid. Assets with a fluctuating market price follow a completely different model that our calculations aren't designed for.

How long does it take?

It depends on how unusual the export format is and the current queue, but a straightforward format is usually quick. We'll give you a realistic estimate once we've seen the file.

What if my export doesn't contain every transaction type?

That's fine. Send the most complete file you have. Any transaction we don't recognize yet is flagged, and we add support for the remaining types afterwards.

Ready to add your platform?

Send us a sample transaction export and a few details, and we'll take it from there.
