Norgehouse

Norgehouse is a Latvian real estate and forestry investment platform that lets investors fund timber-frame housing developments and forestry projects backed by tangible land and property. Operated by a modular house manufacturer established in 2014, it offers fixed-return investments in euros, with a minimum investment of EUR 5,000 and an early-exit option. Note that Norgehouse is not a licensed crowdfunding service provider, so investments are not covered by ECSP investor-protection schemes.
