Digilo
Digilo is a crowdfunding platform from Riga for business loans secured by real estate, open to investors since spring 2026. The operator, CSP Growth Solutions SIA, was registered in August 2024, and Latvijas Banka authorised it as a European crowdfunding service provider on 16 September 2025 under licence 27-10/2025/222; since June 2026 the licence is passported to the other EU member states. Borrowers are companies and self-employed people in Latvia who pledge land, apartments, houses or commercial premises, and the loan may not exceed 60 percent of the property's value. Investors lend from €150 per project and pay no fees, the borrower covers them. Money sits in a Lemonway payment account, and a sister company, CSP Assets SIA, holds the mortgages as collateral agent. Auto-invest exists as a portfolio mandate under Article 6 of the crowdfunding regulation. There is no buyback guarantee: the terms say in so many words that Digilo gives no repurchase guarantee, and when a borrower stops paying, the pledged property is enforced and sold. There is no secondary market either; the risk warnings state that the platform's message board is not one.
