Reinvest24
Reinvest24 is an Estonian real estate platform founded in 2017 and based in Tallinn. Investors bought claim units, either a share in a rental property held in a special purpose vehicle or a share in a mortgage-backed development loan to an outside borrower. The platform states on its own properties page that it is in a wind-down phase, no longer accepting or funding new projects, and that the timing and amount of returned funds depend on the progress of legal and recovery proceedings. Finantsinspektsioon issued a public warning on 29 January 2024 that Reinvest24 OÜ was providing crowdfunding services without authorisation. The projects still listed publicly are in Moldova and Latvia; the Spanish project pages have been taken off the site. The secondary market for claim units is no longer offered.
