Reinvest24

Reinvest24 is an Estonian real estate crowdfunding platform founded in 2018 and headquartered in Tallinn. Investors buy claim units representing fractional ownership of rental and development properties held in special purpose vehicles, earning monthly rental dividends as well as capital gains when a property is sold. Projects are located mainly in the Baltics, with some in Spain and Moldova, and an integrated secondary market allows early exits. The platform did not obtain an ECSPR crowdfunding license and has been barred from raising new funds, with large parts of its portfolio in recovery.
