PretUp

PretUp is a French peer-to-peer lending platform founded in 2015 and headquartered in Nancy. The platform specializes in SME loans, real estate financing, and business creation projects, offering annual returns typically between 7% and 11% with a minimum investment of EUR 20. PretUp is regulated by the AMF as a European Crowdfunding Service Provider (PSFP/ECSP) and acquired the former Unilend platform in 2018, fully merging the brands by 2022. The platform features the 'Boost PretUp' auto-invest service but has no secondary market, so positions are held until maturity.
