The AMF authorised it on 9 November 2023 under licence FP-2023-28, covering both the facilitation of lending and the placing of crowdfunding securities without firm commitment, with a passport for Belgium, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg, Poland and Portugal. The terms state that the loans and securities carry no capital guarantee: security is set out in each individual offer and can be a joint surety from the manager or a third company, a mortgage on the financed property, or a fiducie holding the financed assets. There is no buyback obligation and no secondary market, so money stays committed until maturity.
