SEGO Finance
SEGO Finance is a Spanish investment platform founded in 2016. It bundles four lines into one account: SEGO Factoring (crowdfactoring of invoices and promissory notes owed to Spanish companies), SEGO Venture (equity stakes in startups), SEGO Real Estate (property projects) and SEGO Funds (funds and unit-linked products). SEGO Venture and SEGO Real Estate are run by SociosInversores 2010, S.L., a crowdfunding service provider authorised by the CNMV under EU Regulation 2020/1503 (register no. 7). SEGO Factoring is run by Smart & Small, S.L., falls outside that regulation and is therefore not supervised by the CNMV. Factoring investments start at EUR 50, terms usually run 30 to 180 days, and SEGO keeps a 20% success fee on the interest earned. There is no secondary market and no buyback guarantee, though some invoices are covered by credit insurance.
