Regular
Regular is a French platform run by Regular Finance SAS in Paris. It has one product: a yield account with no fixed term. You transfer euros, Regular converts them into euro and dollar stablecoins such as EURC and USDC and places them in liquidity pools and staking protocols, and interest is credited daily. The first deposit is 100 euros and closing the account costs 25 euros. Regular holds the assets itself, in wallets kept separate from its own balance sheet. The AMF registered it as a digital asset service provider under number E2023-072 on 15 May 2023, and that registration ran until the French PSAN regime ended on 30 June 2026; the application for a MiCA crypto-asset service provider authorisation is still under review at the AMF. Since 1 July 2026 new accounts and new deposits have been suspended, while withdrawals continue as usual. Deposits are not covered by a deposit guarantee scheme, and neither the capital nor the return is contractually guaranteed.
