Crowdpear is a Lithuanian crowdfunding platform founded in 2021 and launched in January 2023 by the team behind PeerBerry. Headquartered in Vilnius, the platform specializes in property-backed real estate and business loans, primarily in Lithuania, Romania, and Portugal. Crowdpear holds an ECSP (European Crowdfunding Service Provider) license granted by the Bank of Lithuania in July 2023. The platform is backed by Aventus Group, a major European non-banking lending group operating since 2009.
