Stock Estate is a Romanian real estate crowdfunding platform founded in 2022 and headquartered in Bucharest. It became the first crowdfunding platform authorized by Romania’s Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) in August 2023, launching operations in January 2024. The platform specializes in debt-based real estate financing, connecting investors with Romanian property development projects. Stock Estate is also registered with ESMA and holds a European passport, enabling cross-border operations within the EU.
