Nordstreet is a Lithuanian real estate crowdfunding platform founded in 2017 and headquartered in Vilnius. Licensed under the European Crowdfunding Service Providers (ECSP) regulation, the platform offers investors access to real estate-backed loans for property development and business expansion across the Baltic states. Nordstreet maintains conservative loan-to-value ratios and provides both development loans and buy-to-let mortgage investments, with a minimum investment of EUR 100.
