InSoil (formerly HeavyFinance) is a Lithuanian agricultural crowdfunding platform founded in 2020 and headquartered in Vilnius. It specializes in secured loans to European farmers transitioning to regenerative agriculture practices such as no-till farming and cover cropping. The platform is regulated by the Bank of Lithuania and holds an EU Crowdfunding Service Provider (ECSP) license. Loans are secured by farmland or equipment collateral. InSoil has financed projects across Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, and Bulgaria.
